• White / Milky – creamy appearance

• Pastels – light blue, green, pink, yellow

• Bright Colors – red, orange, vibrant blue, green

• Natural Tones – amber, brown, beige (often from natural ingredients)

3. Botanicals / Extracts – like aloe (green), turmeric (yellow), charcoal (black/gray)

Soap water-soluble colour means those colours that dissolve completely in water and are safe to use in liquid soap, handwash, shampoo, body wash etc.

These are usually called liquid soap dyes or cosmetic water-soluble colours:

• Acid Dyes (most common)

• FD&C / Food-grade colours (for mild personal care use)

• Cosmetic Liquid Dyes (ready-made, easiest)

• Blue

• Liquid soap

• Hand wash

• Shampoo

• Shower gel

• Always dilute the colour in water first

• Add drop by drop

• Mix well and check shade

• Typical usage:
  0.01% – 0.1% (very little is enough)

• Use only cosmetic-grade colours

• Do not use fabric dyes

• Avoid oil-soluble colours for liquid soap

• Test colour stability for 24 hours
